I've decided to get really serious about losing weight. I am a mother of a two and a half year old, and an 11.5 month old. I am still nursing the baby, but I really want to lose that last 10 pounds, AND another 10 pounds would be great. I have been "trying" to lose the weight for 6 months, and really dieting the last month, but no luck. So...
I am going to attempt a diet that worked for me in the past - low carb. I am starting this "diet" tomorrow and have got all my groceries and everything. Each day I will write down my foods and exercise in hopes that this will help keep me on track. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by April 9, when I take a trip to VEGAS!!!!
