Day three

Breakfast: coffee with Splenda and cream (2 carbs)- 2 carbs
Lunch: 2 cups Caesar salad with parm cheese, grilled chicken and low carb dressing (.5 per TBP). 4 carbs
Snack : 2 cheese string (2 carb), turkey pepperoni (0 carb) - 2 carb
Supper: salmon with dill mouselline - (2.5 carbs), broccoli with butter (2 carbs) - 4.5 carbs
Snack: 2, 2 carb Atkins bar - 4 carbs

Total carbs for day: 16.5 carbs

Exercise - 2 hours walking the mall
