Today I weighed myself and I have lost FOUR pounds in four days! WOOHOO
I didn't do so great today with eating... I didn't eat enough at all. Certainly not enough veggies...bad bad bad.
Breakfast: coffee with Splenda and cream (2 carbs), 1/2 Atkins granola bar (1.5 carbs) - 3.5 carbs
Lunch: tuna with mayo on lettuce - 2 carbs
Snack : 2 cheese string (2 carb), turkey pepperoni (0 carb) - 2 carb
Supper: chicken Caesar salad with bacon and parm cheese - 5.5 carbs
Snack: cucumber - 1 carbs
Snack: sugar free jello, 3 carb Atkins bar - 3 carbs
Total carbs for day: 16.5 carbs
Exercise - none
