Ok, so today I started on Atkins. My plan is to eat 20 grams of carbs each day and to exercise for at least 25 minutes 5 times per week. My goal is to lose 20 pounds, but my first goal is 10 pounds in March.
Starting weight - 148.5 pounds
Goal weight - 128.5 pounds
Ultimate goal - 125 pounds
Breakfast: coffee with Splenda and cream - 1.5 carbs (nothing else, bad I know)
Lunch: 2 cups Ceasar salad with bacon, parm cheese, grilled chicken and low carb dressing (.5 per TBP). 5 carbs
Snack : cheese string (1 carb), turkey pepperoni (0 carb) - 1 carb
Supper: beef burger with mayo sauce (2 carbs), cucumber (1 carb) and tomato (4 carbs) salad with black olives (1 carb) and feta cheese (1.5 carbs) - 9.5 carbs
Snack: 3 carb Atkins bar
Total carbs for day: 19 carbs
Exercise: 30 day shred - level 1 (25 min)
